[kictanet] Issues with the Access to Information Bill

The Access to Information Bill will codify one of the most important rights
we have as citizens but it's not without issues. I've written about the
ones I've noted here:

I have of course reached out the lawmaker sponsoring the bill but I'm yet
to hear back
