Dear fellow listers,

I am sharing this thought provoking blog on cyber violence that is
seriously on the rise in Kenya.  I don't know if CA has paid any attention
but this blog brings out this serious issue out there for those willing to
pay due attention.

ripe for discussion.

This is about a very dangerous trend that requires monitoring and perhaps
more action.
