[kictanet] The Future of CyberSpace in Kenya

I penned this after attending the Global Conference on Cyberspace at the Hague (16-17 April). As always, Kenya government was quick to signing docs, not heard on the various discussions. To me, a shame from the ‘home of the Silicon Savannah’. (NG and SA were also missing).
