[kictanet] Digital Piracy - Nigeria Copyright Proposed Bill in Parliament

Liz our other plea to the court was for the copyright board to develop a
policy on digital piracy. That am told is now on-going.

Btw we went to court after being ignored by the major mobile ISPs.
