1. A WorldClass University

Interesting views but the facts remain that the University will be a
massive business investment driven by an entirely different business model
and will likely not flow with the existing rationale.
My view is that what is even more important is the DNA that will infuse
this endeavor and create the lifeblood that will fuel the growth of the
city around this important core.

That said there are a number of current models being looked into which
break the mold entirely on anything that we've seen previously.
I'd like to challenge the group to dream again.

For example we might end up with an advanced institution that also focuses
on future-tech athletics and sports that drives business through the Konza
Stadium.

Its all possible as with the below example of a non-traditional model:
