Thank you for your e-mail.  Even though the website states that initiatives in Asia are being encouraged to participate, UNESCO is also keen to see an active participation from other regions.  We thus encourage also those from African countries to explore possibilities to attend.

I will be most interested in the analysis of the breakdown article 21 of the UN CRPD.

Thanks for this. I had been made to believe that the meeting was largely Asian. I had even started to moot a possibility of a similar meeting in Africa.

ARTICLE 19 has in the past few years starting some work on how to breakdown article 21 of the UN CRPD and happy to share
