[kictanet]  eCitizen Working Well

@ali About service delivery...

(i) We have the automation skills in Kenya.

We are just too focused on ERP (financials/collections for our own needs).

Less focused on customer/CRM infrastructure service automation.

(ii) We need a working judiciary and law enforcement.

To deal with fraud and other anti competitive practices.

After 5+ years in Kenya why would any multinational building up local firms
need to recommend foreign firms?

What IP does Kenya gain when multinational firms (for decades) recommend
foreign led firms for local projects?

Regards

Murigi / Stanley Muraya
