+ Aly, Walu, Dorcas for these observations,
First off i appreciate that we are having such an encouraging conversation
about the eCitizen government portal, for those who have had first hand
experience on it. I think it is important to see that these comments will
help improve the services and also express the fact that it is functional.
I encourage that we continue to give our comments so that we can see the
improved use of ICT's in government.
