[kictanet] Right to be forgotten

why is kenya dragging itself with the data protection bill yet the world is making tremendous steps towards striking balances between freedom of expression and right to privacy. btw @ emphraim last i now was that there was a follow up with the bill. where are we? what needs to be done? where can we help?
