Mr. Luigi Gambardella, the Executive Chairman of ETNO, Europe's TESPOK, shared his disdain for Net Neutrality with this diatribe below.

What has net neutrality to do with puppies? More than you would imagine. Recently, while exchanging views with an acute and well-informed observer of European politics, I was told: "I share most of the telecom industry's concerns on how the debate is evolving, but net neutrality is like puppies. You can only say that you love them."
