So this country cannot switch to Digital Broadcasting but we can change so
that Government will accept payments "digitally".
I don't know if to celebrate or be saddened by this.

An article in yesterday's Standard quotes the Information CS as saying
government will stop accepting "manual" payments in 3 weeks.
If that does happen, it will go quite a long way in stemming revenue leaks
and improving service delivery for the government, saving the tax payer in
revenue losses and increasing efficiency and service delivery.
