[kictanet] Kenya IGF 2014 Online Discussions

Dear Listers,

The Kenya Internet Governance Forum will be held on 3 July 2014. As
has been the case before, the meeting will be preceded by an online
discussion whose report will be ratified during the face to face
meeting to be held on third July 2014. This years meeting will be
convened by the Internet Society Kenya partner through the Kenya
Internet Governance working group and its partners and sponsors

This years meeting will focus on the following key thematic areas:

1) Policies enabling access/Net Neutrality
2) Cyber security
3) Internet as an engine for growth and development focusing on
Internet and Human rights as well as Social Media and Hate Speech

The discussion will be held over a period of three days, starting
today . The draft programme for the Kenya Internet governance forum is
