Apologies for cross-posting.

Research ICT Africa<http://www.researchictafrica.net/home.php> (RIA)
in collaboration with the NEPAD Agency (e-Africa
Programme)<http://www.nepad.org/regionalintegrationandinfrastructure/infrastructure/ict>
is conducting a study on mapping multistakeholder participation in
internet governance in
Africa<http://www.researchictafrica.net/mapping_multistakeholderism.php>.
The project is funded by the Annenberg School for Communications,
University of Pennsylvania. The study aims to provide evidence for
policy action in support of effective and meaningful involvement of
African stakeholders in global ICT policy and governance processes.

As part of the study, an online survey has been prepared to explore in
detail national, regional, and continental structures and processes
for ICT policy and Internet governance. You are invited to contribute
to this study by filling out the questionnaire available at the
following link:

https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/G22QF7C.

Please note that answers to the questions will be kept confidential
and no personal information will be publicly released. Only aggregated
data will be released and made publicly available. Responses will be
accepted until 30 June 2014.

The results of the research will be disseminated through knowledge
products such as post blogs, policy briefs, and thematic papers which
will be presented at regional and global meetings and conferences.
