[kictanet] Vodafone admits that some governments have a direct link to their network for snooping

For the record, from my daily experience with a "smaller" local 3G network,
Safaricom has a horrible network.

In fact as an SME Lead I understand very well why smaller firms work more
effectively than bureaucracies.

It just so happens, bureaucrats are about job security not about creating
new value chains in our society.
