[kictanet] 4G status

What would 4G be for? Granted faster speeds are always good news but the
current 3G capacity is yet to be overwhelmed. Only Safaricom covers the
hinterland and at that sparingly. I don't immediately see a reason to jump
ontu the 4G bandwagon other than bragging rights.

I would be more interested in getting fiber into every building on the
national power grid.

@ict researcher exactly what is Adam a master of inorder to issue
directives?
