I just remembered that this should be the responsibility of the GAC Rep isn't it?
By the way who is the GAC Rep?
There should be a well thought out outreach program to ensure that Government interests and private sector are being safeguarded. This is critical otherwise we might find ourselves on the wrong end of the stick.
For example critical names that we hold dear are missing from the list. Just a few come to mind.
1. Swahili.Africa
2. Harambee.Africa
While Uchumi.Africa is a generic name and will attract a premium which,the government really should leave to Domainers to vie for..I understand premium names like these will go for $20k a pop..
And I'm sure others too. Whilst this is a good start I suggest whoever is responsible for this engages with the community at large to ensure this is done properly and professionally..
