Ngigi,
Please let us see where you draw the like.  The airline industry has had
the black box since time immemorial.  New aircraft record flight details
in and out of the plane.  I think privacy can only be found in the
bedroom.  By the way it is not always the government that needs individual
data.  Talk to the Telcos, they will tell you that spouses are the
greatest threat to privacy.
