[kictanet] Malawi switches to digital television

Happy 2014,

Content will always be king indeed, now Africa has the largest yet untapped
resource in terms of content, just how fast we want to convert this to
monetary and technological value is the question.

Its time for governments to take the plunge and switch over to the massive
digital platform despite the challenges. The longer its delayed the longer
it takes to learn from the challenges.
