[kictanet] Dodgy tech reporting - M-Kazi and TechMoran

Why did they not negotiate directly with Safaricom?

Large firms are full of bureaucrats who ignore SME concerns.

What is the case here? What does Safaricom have to say about the sms
delivery/failure report discrepancies?
