The way I see it, you do not have to be in Kenya for you to conduct Cyber
Warfare in Kenya; all you need is an Internet link to Kenya and you're good
to go. If anything, you would want to be the furthest physically from the
area that you're conducting your criminal activities.

The one thing that requires physical proximity to the area that you are
interested in is in Electronic Warfare / Espionage. This could mean
physically tapping into say the Fibre links that criss-cross our areas,
electronically listening to on-air radio communication etc.

But then again, what you need is lots of antennas,server and a few powerful
workstations etc, but 75 Chinese?

That could only mean one thing.....
