[kictanet] Matatu cashless payments to be standardised

The National Transport and Safety Authority is considering integrating
matatu cashless payments - This is good news cause it means that
irrespective of the cashless payment that a matatu takes, it can accept any
other form.

Also lowers the club-in effect by well established players. It would also
help in instances if one player's system goes down
