Are you engaged in: Ghana, Indonesia, Kenya, Liberia, Nigeria, South
Africa, Tanzania, and Uganda

E-Democracy.org would be glad to be a strategic training partner - if
you really want to make "all" voices count, that is exactly our unique
niche with *inclusive* civic engagement online. Open government can go
beyond "open to all, used by few" to something used by the masses IF
there is a focus on local-up relevancy and active inclusive outreach.
It is easier said than done. Drop me a note: clift at e-democracy.org
