Can Grace and Walu please organize for KICTANET/Tech Enterprenuers to meet
with top Security Officials?

There are sensitive issues that cannot be noted on a public mailing list
such as this.

There are parties (e.g. Walu) on KICTANET who are not involved in bribing
for business. We need these kind of people for more transparency.
