Just FYI, the "Prezzo" situation (link above) reveal Westlands, Parklands,
fall under Gigiri Police Division.
We have heard directly from the police, most resources are allocated to
guard diplomats in the division.
They really feel for wananchi because these "diplomats" are very callous
towards them.
Like when it is raining, they say, they get rides from ordinary wananchi,
not "the diplomats".
Some of these "diplomats" will not oppose the issuing of travel advisories
by their nations.
