[kictanet] [ISOC_KE] Is KeNIC turning the corner?

Dear Ali,

As one of the people who was involved in the conceptualization, design and
implementation of KENIC I must say that this report has really warmed my
heart.

It is very encouraging to see the progress that KENIC is achieving and I
would like to personally thank and appreciate the current management, staff
and the board of directors.
