@  Kariuki,

I dont have the Act(s) at hand but I do recall in earlier editions (perhaps during the various drafts in 2006/7), it was envisioned that PCK was to be the sole PKI distributor for the nation.  Perhaps industry made noise and this may have been removed.  However, I think the technology "PKI" was retained - if not in the Act then in subsequent proposed regulations on the same.

 Members may wish to note that this is NOT the first time CCK has asked for input on PKI/eCommerce.
