[kictanet] Safaricom Credit Disappearing

Hi Muraya,

I have found that in most cases this happens because someone subscribes to
a service and then forgets that they have done so. They then find their
credit "magically" disappearing. Try dialing *100# then go to option 7 and
check what services you are subscribed to and unsubscribe from there.
