[kictanet] Lets Kill the Aid Industry - A little too simplistic?

His solution is rather amusing. Just dish money out and the problem will go
away. Nothing about allowing industries to grow, nothing about teaching or
transferring tech, just more overt slavery by dishing out money and
controlling the purse strings to influence govts.

Am glad opinions are free.
