Which CEO's?

Going from what most database developers in Kenya are authorized to
practice, the typical CEO in Kenya cannot see what is going on in his/her
organization via Business Intelligence Dashboards.

If they did, they could invite the CS (Matiangi) to see what can be done in
government through local Software Firms.

*Local* is about about understanding business requirements and customizing
whichever software/database to serve our localities.
