The danger is in standing still. At least there is movement in the right
direction.

Now we need to have a clear document outlining the contribution of the
major firms to the USF kitty since it was setup. The Civil Society should
step-up the pressure to ensure that the kitty is used optimally and the
herdsman in Moyale, and the fisherman in Rusinga Island have access to
affordable broadband.

Is there representation of users on the Universal Service Advisory Council?
