[kictanet] Posta reloaded, Yawe vindicated

This is a great metamorphosis, and it makes Posta relevant in this age.

But we should not forget the lessons learned on why the other initiatives
failed because taxpayers money was used, especially PostaSurf where
according to Mars Group $38M is said to have been spent.
