[kictanet] Presidential security to be outsourced

Hi All,

Sorry for the misleading subject of this post but the situation is the same with the issue below, why would the government decide to outsource its courier services to a private enterprise when it owns its own courier service PCK?

This is a clear indication that all we got is a change of guard not thought.
