[kictanet] Is CCK's move to renege on a promise to award a 3rd digital signal distributor license justified?

Listers,

Here is my 2 pence worth.

If we have three networks then this could provide choice to the viewers on which network to buy customer premises equipment inorder to receive the signal. 

Do we have quality content available accept for DSTV, is there any alternative available?
