[kictanet] Our Response to Systematic ICT Systems Failure at IEBC

For starters the digital system was never meant to be the official system
and for trust purposes, was meant to be for accountability purposes. I may
be wrong on this but I have not seen any evidence of the situation being
contrary to this.

There was thus no reversion per say only abandonment of one of the parallel
systems.
