[kictanet] Has the ICT Sector Failed?

I watched the press conference and the chairman made no such admission. He
actually refuted any claim that they system was hacked. But he did make it
known that the database queries that were displaying data for rejected
votes was multiplying the number of rejected votes entered by 8, this flaw,
apparently being an admission from the IT team...
