[kictanet] Has the ICT Sector Failed?

+1 @ Erik,

There is a lot of speculation on what the problems and nobody seems to be
in the know of what the problem is. Another issue is it possible that
nobody on this list was asked to go witness the demo or none of you really
knew what was going on. Granted systems do fail and the best thing we can
do now is just to get the results out and then we can get the inside story
of what went wrong and learn from there. A case study
