Thanks for the very positive response we have had on this subject.
Question to CCK and other parties: (b) when can we expect real action on this, at least something happening? And (b) is there anything this group and others can do to speed up the process? I mean where is the bottleneck/resistance/etc to effect policy/regulation of some kind?
