Hello Mr. Sang,
To bring you up to speed, last week we held online discussions on most list
serves. We are compiling the responses from members. Due to the interest
from various stakeholders, we changed the approach so that we could
accommodate position papers from different stakeholder groups in the ICT
sector, as such the new dates for the Face to Face meeting are 4th July
2013 at the Strathmore University Auditorium. The Final report will then be
handed over to concerned decision makers in governmnet on 19th July at a
separate event.
