Will that solve our problem? I think Peter is asking for tighter measures to be taken. Our IP issues are so complex but maybe here is an opportunity to address it in a focused manner. I guess the Laptop Project is an opportunity to clean up a number of other issues that straddle other sectors. 

I so love this discussion, wish I had more time to contribute. Kudos to you all!!!
