[kictanet] DNSSEC Awareness and Deployment Workshop comes home finally

Thanks Barrack for the information.

Maybe we should add that the DNSSEC workshop at KENIC is part of the DNSSEC
roadshow which has been launched by ICANN within the framework of the
Africa strategy (Africanncommunity.org). Alain Aina is the one leading the
workshop and the roadshow which encompasses 8 African countries including
Kenya for this first phase..
