[kictanet] Merger of Agencies to Streamline ICT in Kenya

True Ali, at the end of the day, its all about vested interests, that said
we have seen good progress in the Kibaki era despite the challenges and the
competition among the agencies was good because it spurred growth and
developement of the industry, i think we need to study this issue carefully
beyond the opinions given in the article, i am concerned about having a
monolith considering the lack of value system that might support such an
institution. None the less , we will judge the governments performance
after five years as such we will welcome new ideas.
