ICT provides an opportunity for Life Long Learning skills. The outcome of such is intercultural awareness which is a soft skill necessary in the currently global village. When our kids are exposed to differently cultures at the early stages of their lives, it becomes a lifestyle and are able to appreciate this, therefore able to work in different environments. One sure way of doing this is through Collaborative Learning AKA Project Based Learning. These skills are necessary and helps to boost such ecosystems as the BPO industry. Remember, we have been marketing Kenya as a BPO/ITES destination.
