[kictanet] Prof. Joseph Kiambati?

Twitter claims the President has given us Prof. Joseph Kiambati as the Principal Sec. in ICT.  Not sure if its true ...but still I still googled this Prof. Kiambati and not getting definite profile.  Any one with his profile?
