TONGUE IN CHEEK: average day time temperatures in Mweiga can be very high
most times of Year. You want cold to cool, think of three coldest inhabited
(infrastructure serviced)  places in Kenya: Limuru, Timboroa or Nyahururu.
I'd push for the last because there a fledgling university, with lots of
land, potentially large budget, perpetuity,  a master plan that includes
green power, and equidistant from the places that have been quietly
earmarked for development as Kenya's commercial hubs under vision 2030.
