[kictanet] Meet and Greet

It is tradition for KICTANet to host both incoming and outgoing "Sherifs" at
Teleposta Towers. Just to meet and match some of the email IDs with real
people/faces in an easy non-threatening environment. Alice/Barrack possible
to organize this? CIO East Africa can buy the first drinks.
