I recently encountered a nice and rugged solar system at a school in
Karamoja, Uganda. MoE may explore the kit.
UNICEF was reported to have facilitated; on a deliver-install-maintain type
of tender.
I agree with @Muraya that MoE need our ideas/ solutions. Things that look
viable on Powerpoint usually do not withstand the devil in execution.
