Putting the interest of Kenya ahead, is it more economically feasible to
hire local Architects or to pay foreigners do the job that we
can comfortably do?

Since Asian ICT experts offer cheaper labor than us, does it mean we will
fill Konza with Indians at the expense of locals?

Remember Kenya bought BVR kits from Canada at 3times the cost (from initial
3B to 9B). Why then can't we benefit local expert?
