Good point you make there. The flip side though is that most American companies are realizing that outsourcing manufacturing totally to Asia was a mistake from an innovation perspective. They have lost out on one of the key components of innovation - Process Innovation. 

Of course from our perspective we don't even have that capacity to outsource yet so maybe a great opportunity to start without any legacy systems and thoughts...ala Mpesa.
