Liko,

I think that for clarity as Bw. Mutoro indicated "accredited consumer
organizations and the Advisory Committee" are what the law will recognize
as able to present individuals for appointment to the various regulatory
bodies.

Given that this is the specific section of the Act that seems to be
"squeezing" COFEK - I would imagine that there are certain regulatory
bodies on which COFEK wants to ensure that it get its people appointed to.

(I am simply trying to read between the lines)
