[kictanet] Is the Balkanisation of the Internet coming to pass? Thanks to the #SnowdenAffair?

This is a fundamental question and a debate is raging on the next Internet Governance model.

Do we need to change the current Multistakeholder Model and if so with what? A high level meeting is coming up in Brazil next year April to deliberate on this and you are invited to join 1net.org and give your input, Africa's voice is still very silent on this!
